Shots fired. What once came from me, a part of me is now gone forever. No rhyme nor reason. Just a shot in the dark meant for another. Your face just as sweet as the moment you entered into this hopeful world. You leave with the grace you entered and now, I feel I’ll be lost forever. Holding on to the memories of you. I’ll try hard to stay true to you not holding onto the anger of how you were taken from me. Remembering forgiveness heals. I’ll let go of the anger that leaves me grief stricken over the loss of you. My love will forever keep me close to you.
I'm a wife, a mother, a writer, and a friend. I enjoy sharing feelings, experiences and my poetry. There are many things that I am good at, but I'm sure there are just as many things that I am bad at. I try hard not to judge for we know no one is perfect. I can however say that although I have a great deal of patience, sometimes the patience tank runs dry. If you value me, I will always value you.
