The house is so quiet I can hear each clock click down its time. I hear the refrigerator cycling. I hear the lingering private conversations of our neighbors just home from work at the hospital. There is a gentle howling from the trees in the yard. Did you know birds still chirp at 2:44 am? Our cats think that the early morning hours are best for playing as they chase each other about the house. My husband lays snoring a gentle tune. The house is so quiet, it’s too quiet to sleep, so I stay up and write stories about random things and play senseless games on my phone before deciding to clean while no one else can see me. Good night house.

I'm a wife, a mother, a writer, and a friend. I enjoy sharing feelings, experiences and my poetry. There are many things that I am good at, but I'm sure there are just as many things that I am bad at. I try hard not to judge for we know no one is perfect. I can however say that although I have a great deal of patience, sometimes the patience tank runs dry. If you value me, I will always value you.
Here I will share some of my poetry, my opinions along with some of my stories. I hope you enjoy(ed) your visit to poetsareangels.com. If you read and liked what you saw, please hit the LIKE button.
