A babies carefree laughter
A child utters its first words unaware of the impact those words will have on those they love
The look in a childs eyes when their parents disappoint them for the very first time
When a teenager still believes in the Easter Bunny at the age of 15
When your child’s eyes light up when they get their first big invitation
The hope and longing in a loved ones eye as they wait at the door for your return
When your adult child still needs their parents comfort
When your child can’t sleep because you weren’t there
Innocence can be found anywhere
It’s an amazing gift to witness
Be grateful when you are able to stumble upon it
And just hope that the innocence doesn’t become lost
