What change, big or small, would you like your blog to make in the world?
I’ve carved this corner of the world for you as much as for myself—
a quiet shore where my words grant me solace
and the steadying sense of control that life beyond this space sometimes denies.
May these lines be a lantern for weary souls,
kindling comfort, hope, and the will to act—
to mend what has been broken,
to right what has been wronged,
to meet the urgency of the Earth’s cry
and return what we have taken from her hands.
For the Creator placed us here together,
trusting we would weave peace from our shared existence,
remembering the oldest lesson we were all taught once:
that every life matters.
We bleed the same red,
weep the same salt,
grow through the same seasons,
and one day, return to the same dust.
This space—this blog—is a mirror and a map,
to help us see who we have been,
who we are now,
and who we might yet become.
