The Oceans Floor©

Waiting

At the bottom of the oceans floor

Still

Are the waters around me

Clear

Is the path ahead

Light

Is is straight

But

The choice to stay or go isn’t easy

Here on the oceans floor

Beauty overwhelms us

The light ahead

Brings hope with

Unsurmountable uncertainty

And a chance to make

A difference

The question is

Do we want to be

Responsible for that

Difference?
