Trapped here not knowing what to say, while knowing what needs to be said and not wanting to say it, because no matter what is said, those hearing it will be hurt thus hurting me. My heart is not strong enough to carry the pain of all those I love. Therefore I must dig deep and muster the power of mind and body to find the words that must be said, that known wants to say and shouldn’t be heard.
