I’m tempted to leave you hanging. Waiting for what feels like an eternity for me to walk through that door. Every day I sit waiting, hoping that you’ll come home to me with time enough that we can enjoy each other’s company. When you finally do come home, you demand that you be given time to settle in. But every moment turns into what you need without consideration of what I may need. I’m tempted to empty my drawers and disappear into the night hoping to find piece of mind and a level of happiness I know I deserve. For now, we’ll just have to wait and see whether or not temptation will win.
