While strolling one day, I lost my way. I saw a crack in the cement foundation. The cement was old and the area around it was abandoned. The only sign of life for two blocks around was a single small daisy reaching for the sun, while praying for the rain. I knew in that moment that if that daisy could fight so hard for its life then mine must be worth something more. I have vowed to always fight for life.
I'm a wife, a mother, a writer, and a friend. I enjoy sharing feelings, experiences and my poetry. There are many things that I am good at, but I'm sure there are just as many things that I am bad at. I try hard not to judge for we know no one is perfect. I can however say that although I have a great deal of patience, sometimes the patience tank runs dry. If you value me, I will always value you.
