  1. Simplify your strength.
  2. Stand firmly on the ground.
  3. Push back when you need to.
  4. Don’t let anyone drown out your words.
  5. Mean what you say.
  6. Stay determined.
  7. Be your own person.
  8. Don’t let anyone think for you.
  9. Be proud and own it.
  10. Cry, let it all hang out, then gently pull it all back in.
  11. Never settle.
  12. Meditate for 15 minutes in every day.
  13. Make time for you.
  14. Never go to bed angry.
