I thought I saw a light at the end of the tunnel

I’m working hard to fight my way through it all

So many obstacles in my way

Idealism

Hypocrisy

A Dictatorship

Racism

Guns

So many have fought for our freedom

But yet we still seem to be imprisoned by the ignorance of man himself

Forever trapped in his own demise

Someday when his eyes are opened he can help me find my way out

Out of the darkness of the light
