Long before man could think to ruin mother nature's bountiful gifts

Animals ran free fighting against one another

Their prey was anything smaller than they

Their existence was dependent upon what the earth offered up

Each day would bring lightness followed by a calming darkness

This offered up a time to rest and preparation for the next battle

The land before time hasn't changed very much

It just welcomed new players and new ways to capture ones prey

If I dare say time has only repeated itself time and again

Man came from beast

And man often behaves like a beast

Forgetting the bountiful gifts bestowed upon him
