My eyes are tightly shut

My mind is turned on

I see a beautiful day

Picture perfect weather

Scenery that I stand in awe of

Friends I never knew I had

Dreams before me that I had hoped were real

Ambition enough for all

Courage to fight all my battles

The man I love by my side

Adoring kids that hang on my every word

The perfect job working from home

The realization that I have all that I ever wanted

…Suzie, wake up, it’s your stop

Are you still living in a fantasy world?

Then I realize, once again, it’s all a dream
