Once she thought she was in love

By a person she looked up to
Every day she stood behind the oak tree outside of his house

Hoping he would come out and see her

She could hear his parents screams vibrate violently against each window

Making the birds scatter aimlessly about
Passers Bys glared at her

Wondering if she was crazy

But she knew different
Is crazy the girl who wants a man to love her

To make her feel beautiful

No, crazy is deciding to be alone

Longing for all that could have, what should have been
The moment he steps onto the porch

She gasps as if receiving her first kiss

Suddenly feeling exposed out in the open

She turns and runs in the opposite direction

Praying he won’t notice her lingering existence

She hears his voice calling after her

But she continues to run while his words slowly fade away
Once she thought she was in love

But her heart was too scared to take a chance

Love wasn’t all she thought it would be

She thought it would come to her

But it seemed she would have to chase after it

This was not something she was ready to do
Love would just have need her the way she needed to be loved

Was this man ready to show her the love that she was so desperately seeking

Only time would tell

You really make it seem really easy together with your presentation however I in finding this topic to be really one thing that I feel I would by no means understand. It kind of feels too complicated and extremely extensive for me. I’m having a look ahead on your next post, I’ll attempt to get the cling of it!
