No more promises
My ears are closed
And my heart refuses to be broken one more time
Save It for the one who still believes you when you tell your lies
I’ve decided to strip off the layers of my pain
And stop waiting for things to go my way
Life doesn’t wait for you to live it
It will pass you by if you just don’t stand up and take it
I plan to live every moment as if it’s my last
So save it unless you plan to stop lying and become the person I first knew
