What technology would you be better off without, why?

I choose a manual toothbrush over an electric toothbrush. I believe it is more helpful for people to work on getting to the hard places and practicing the amount of time we spend on our personal hygiene.

Honestly, I find myself using a regular toothbrush more often than not. I only use the electronic one if for some reason I feel I didn’t do a good enough job or skipped a slot of brushing my teeth.
