One of these lonely nights,

She turns to you and says,

I’ve been thinking of you my dear

And all that you mean to me

I’ll never lose the thought of you

Nor the memory of your touch

I always think of you at night

Especially when I lay my head down to rest

I hug my pillow tightly; I slowly drift into a dream land

And visions of you appear before me and it’s all that I can do

Holding back my feelings but they’re all just of you

I close my eyes so tight with oh such a sweet smile at night
