The Sweetest Lilly I know©

Quite by surprise she graced us with her presense

on the first day of May 2016

She was then and remains today as one of the finest littlest gifts I know

She’s my one and only, first grandchild Lillianne

The smiles she makes are as big as the smiles she gets

The words she speaks don’t always make sense to those listening

But she sure knows what she’s saying

Each word is wrapped in a smile and rolled out in her silly little laugh

That’s just her very own style meant to make you smile for a while

I bless the very day a year ago today that she came my way

So glad that she’s here to stay

Thanks sweet Lilly for making my day
