What an insipid day. No blue sky, I wait hoping that the sun shall adorn my next daily viewing. Shall I lay in wait? Or succumb to the disappointment likely to meet my acquaintance? I decide instead to hold my head high and take what comes without worry of my dab surroundings. I see the light ahead of me and therefore see hope for an enlightened tomorrow.

Hello Felina. I love the raw and honest of your writing. I am delivering a TEDX talk Jan 19th. The theme is laying new tracks. My focus is on tracks that run from darkness to light, given experiences I have had, one being in Nice France and losing a student. I would love to use the photo you have with the tracks in the tunnel entering into the light. Please let me know if this is your copyright or how I might obtain permission. Thank you. Launa Linaker

The photo was a free online photo that came up in a search. The poem is mine and is copy written. Good luck with your talk!
