I sit wishing for change

Knowing I have the power

But feeling powerless

While somehow empowered

As well as inspired

So I layout a plan

All the while knowing

That only I can ensure this change

Leading those necessary

To face this uphill battle

But the end result is as it should be

Change has successfully taken place

Now all those deserving reap the benefit
