My heart slows as emptiness begins to fill my day

Your profound absence without explanation 

Leaves me wondering what my purpose should now be

My function, my place,  is uncertain
My will to make an effort seeps through the cracks of the floor where my rocking chair rests

I stair aimlessly into the sky wishing for any interaction

I guess now, time will decide my fate
