I offer you my promises

So you can take them or leave them

But know if I’m making them

I’m sure to fulfill them

I don’t offer what I can’t live up to

I don’t offer what’s not mine to give

I don’t fight for what I don’t believe in

I don’t stand by watching someone get hurt when I have the power to stop the pain

I do listen when someone needs me too

And everything I have I’m willing share with most of those who need it

I promise you

If you have my back
