My inner glow has brought me strength

It seems now to completes me

Believing I could find my way

I know now there’s no need to fight this battle alone

The walls I built

Must be torn down

Before the healing can begin

I think no longer of all my pain

My thoughts are strong

And full of hope

I feel relaxed

And even poised

Thanks to the love of friends and family

They’ve given me reason to push forward

Even after I turned them away

In the end

When all the work has been done

I’ll be standing in my afterglow
