This morning as a put my feet to the floor

I realized I was halfway there

To the end of the week

When my time becomes free

And I get to think more about me

Along with the things I want to both be and see

They may mean nothing to you

But these things make me whole

These things are not truly things

They are people

People, who are friends, family and believers

Believers in life

Believers in today, but more in tomorrow

I’m halfway to being the happiest I can be until

Next time I’m halfway there
