Am I The Lost City Of Atlantis?©

As I lay here at the bottom of the ocean
With centuries behind me
I ask myself
If I am the Lost City of Atlantis
Stories of war still ring against my ear
Screams bellowing and bouncing off the stone walls
And I visually recall all the despair
Of all those who nurtured this place
I swear the spirit of Poseidon, his lovely Cleito
And all their Atlanteans have
Locked me here in this soulless place
Condemned to feel the pain
Of all that was lost here
The living now come to peak
At me and all that there once was
While I remain here forever
With shame as my only companion
